01Agreement to these terms

By using our website, requesting a quote or booking a service with The Turbex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02Our services

The Turbex provides exterior pressure washing, soft washing and mobile car wash and detailing services in North Little Rock and surrounding areas of Central Arkansas. The specific services, scope and price for each job are confirmed with you before work begins.

03Quotes & pricing

Quotes are free and based on the information and photos you provide.
If the actual size, condition or access differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any price change with you before doing additional work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Additional services requested on-site will be priced and approved by you before we perform them.

04Booking & scheduling

Appointments are confirmed by phone, text or email. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, but traffic, weather and earlier jobs can cause delays; we will keep you informed. Services are weather-dependent, and we may reschedule for rain, freezing temperatures or unsafe conditions at no charge to you.

05Customer responsibilities

To help us do our best work, you agree to:

Provide safe access to the work area and the vehicle (including keys if interior cleaning is booked).
Provide access to an outdoor water spigot where needed, unless other arrangements were made.
Close windows and doors, and move vehicles, furniture, decorations, toys and fragile items away from the work area.
Remove personal belongings and valuables from vehicles before an interior cleaning.
Tell us about known issues such as loose siding, damaged paint, cracked windows, faulty seals, leaks or prior repairs.
Have permission from the property owner, landlord or business to perform services at the location.
Keep pets indoors and children away from the work area during service.

06Pre-existing conditions

Pressure washing and car washing can reveal or worsen existing problems. The Turbex is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: loose, cracked or deteriorated siding, paint, caulk, mortar or wood; oxidized or failing paint and clear coat; faulty window or door seals; leaking vehicle seals; loose trim or emblems; and prior poor-quality repairs.

07Results

We work hard to deliver excellent results, but some stains (such as old oil, rust, paint, hard water, etching or sun damage) may not come out completely. We'll set honest expectations before we start and will not guarantee the removal of every stain.

08Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards and approved digital payment apps. Commercial and fleet accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs where permitted by law.

09Damage claims

If you believe something was damaged during our service, please notify us within 48 hours with a description and photos. We will review every claim promptly and in good faith. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of repair or the amount paid for the service, whichever is less, except where the law does not allow such limits.

10Satisfaction promise

If you're not satisfied with any part of the work, let us know within 48 hours. We'll return to re-clean the area at no extra charge. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

11Website use

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to The Turbex or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false information.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Turbex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
